Comfortable and Clean Rooms, Helpful Staff, Great Onsen
If you’re planning to visit a small town in Japan and looking for a comfortable stay, this hotel is perfect for you! The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We loved the onsen, which was clean and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located near the river and offers great views from the bicycle rental.
During our stay at the hotel, we did not face any negative aspects or dislikes. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and English speaking, making our trip stress-free. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the relaxing onsen. The hotel also rented us bicycles for free, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful city. Our favorite spots were the castle, a shrine, and a famous tea-ceremony cottage. The hotel also recommended the Annual Myoken Festival, which was a fantastic cultural experience. Additionally, the hotel provided us with transportation to the train station on our final day.

The hotel was located in a picturesque area with beautiful tea gardens. the staff were very approachable and friendly. the breakfast was filling with plenty of options. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
The hotel lacked basic amenities, such as a mini fridge, which was disappointing. the room was small and cramped, making it difficult to move around.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you’re looking for excellent service and a central location. the staff is helpful and friendly, and the hotel has a nice onsen. Guests can rent bicycles for free, which makes it easy to explore the beautiful Syo, hin, ken garden, the Kuma river, side. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is delicious.
The hotel may not offer as many amenities as some larger hotels in the area.
